Client Account Manager

Compensation: Competitive Base Salary plus commission, paid local travel
Job Role includes below but is not limited to the following;
Excel at needs discovery and come up with the best IT solutions for business clients working with presales technical support team in house
Prepare Price quotes, follow-ups and client negotiations to close the sales
Registering client opportunities with respective vendors for special bid pricing and offering clients the best cost-effective solutions
Partner with major vendor reps to enable the identification, planning and delivery of IT products and services to clients and prospects
Participate in ongoing technology vendors’ webinars, seminars, expos to keep your IT product knowledge up to date
Must-have
Minimum 2 years of demonstrated excellence in IT sales role
Proven track record of exceptional relationship management skills (with clients and vendors)
Exceptionally good communication skills for handling client calls and meetings
Nice-to-have
Ability to gather data and prepare proactively for meetings with clients by providing value-added content and presentation materials
Experience with emerging communications and technology (eg; Conference Call handling, working with Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools
Team player who contributes to client experience and team sales results
Time management skills – aligns time commitments to priorities
Post-secondary education at college or university level in business administration or marketing preferred OR equivalent on-the-job learning
