Office 365 Migration from Exchange 2013

Parkinson Canada were leveraging an on-premise Exchange 2013 environment for 100 plus users. They wanted to reduce their IT burden and increase efficiency by moving to the Cloud
Solution
Exchange migrated to Office 365 with mix of E1 and E3 user plans
Azue AD connect was setup to synch users from on prem AD
Datto Backupify Cloud to cloud backup solution was offered and implemented for their Office 365 Backup. They Utilized MS Teams and MS 365 phone system Addon Licenses as well.
