Office 365 SharePoint Intranet Site
The Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO) is an organization mandated by the Ontario government to administer the Ontario Travel Industry Act.
Synergy IT was chosen to create an intranet site within the Office 365 environment that will serve as a document repository of agent records.
Solution
A custom library view was developed based on customer needs including advanced filtering and searching capabilities, Version controls to match their existing format. Document Libraries created for various business segments. Fujitsu Scanning application integration was done with SharePoint document libraries to facilitate the scanning, tagging, and importing of documents into the appropriate location.
