Lifemark, as Canada’s largest physiotherapy company with 300 plus locations across country was looking for an IT partner to augment their inhouse IT Team to help with timelines for Patient System Application rollout.
Synergy IT, being a trusted IT partner of Lifemark for years, was chosen to help them with onsite support across country with strict SLAs on response and resolution times.
Above project included updating all workstations for Lifemark Patient System (LSP) to work via Java and IE 11, documenting the high level details of each workstation and installing the application.
