Sephora is a multinational retailer of personal care and beauty products with approx. 2500 stores worldwide with 500 stores in North America. Synergy IT was chosen to assist them with their two recent projects across Canada based on previous experience with Retail Industry deployments nationwide.
Business Objective and Challenge
Sephora was looking for an IT Company who had extensive experience in retail industry to help them on two projects.
1. Wireless Network Setup and Deployment and
2. SD WAN Migration Project
They wanted to make sure project is handled within required time frames, managing several locations at the same time, scheduling techs to align with store hours for installs and excellent project management.
Solution
Synergy IT tech teams performed Wireless Site surveys and identified Access Point locations for optimum coverage based on predictive survey analysis. Replaced existing APs with New Aruba APs and added additional APs as required across 80 Canadian stores
As a second project, Synergy IT tech teams replaced existing network hardware with New SD-WAN Meraki MX Equipment. Configure and test.
A few locations POS systems were installed as a part of total infrastructure upgrade.
