They had performance issues with older hardware, windows server 2008 and inhouse Exchange. Client wanted to have Hybrid solution with zero downtime for its 50 plus users and business operations.
New servers prepared with few VMs, local replication done to minimize downtime. Server colocation setup for back-up and Disaster Recovery. MS Exchange services migrated to Office 365 for better security and accessibility. Custom software business application developed for Database Management system to serve client specific business needs further as a part of the project.
