Synergy IT Solutions Inc. is a Canadian Corporation having its head-office in Mississauga, here in after referred to as “Synergy IT”.
Synergy IT is in the business of providing end to end IT Solutions, Services and IT Products to Corporations and Businesses across the country. Technical Support Services and IT Solutions are provided by its Engineers on staff or Sub-contractors (here in after referred to as “IT Professional”). Synergy IT is committed to the privacy and security of its customers. These terms and conditions apply to site use, product sales, product recalls, professional services provided by Synergy IT and/or any of its affiliates.
SALES AND SERVICES
Most graphics, images and text, and all Synergy IT are protected by trademark or copyright. They may not be reproduced in any electronic or written medium without the prior consent of Synergy IT Solutions Inc. Canada. All other logos and trademarks used in the website are the property of their respective trademark owners.
Synergy IT reserves the right to limit the order quantity of any product or service and/or to refuse to sell a product or service to any customer without prior notice. The order confirmation email does not constitute our confirmation of an offer to sell a product or service. Synergy IT will not be responsible if you make an error in selecting an item or quantity to be ordered. To make any changes to your order once submitted on-line, via email or over the phone, please contact us immediately. Synergy IT will try to accommodate the changes as needed to best of their efforts. But it might not be possible to change the order in certain cases and customer will be responsible for all the expenses related to wrong order submission.
You pay the full amount of your order at the time of placing the order irrespective of back-order items unless your account is approved for and registered with Synergy IT on Terms (Due on receipt, Net 15 or Net 30) . You may cancel any back-order item order before it’s shipped out. In case of any order cancellation, we may refund or provide you a credit note to utilize for future orders.
Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days subject to product availability and credit card payment confirmations. Orders are shipped to the addresses verified on your credit card information only. Orders cannot be picked-up at our warehouse locations unless specified. Shipping charges are estimated based on product weight, size, shipping address. Shipping charges may include our order expedite fees in certain cases. You may contact us to arrange the shipment for sooner delivery and there will be additional shipping charges for the service. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Synergy IT passes to you upon delivery of those items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. Shipping Charges are non-refundable.
You can pay via Credit Card or Debit, or you can set-up an account with Synergy IT. Account set-up process takes minimum 3 to 5 business days. Credit limits and Payment Terms vary from customer to customer and set-up solely at the discretion of management. Synergy IT reserves the right to change customer credit limits and/or terms or may cancel account or refuse to set-up an account without providing any reasons. In the event of a payment default, you will be responsible for all costs of collection, including, but not limited to, court costs, filing fees and lawyers’ fees Synergy IT will have to incur. Customer may pay interest rates as per Synergy IT Invoices for late payments. Late payments interest will always be retroactive from the invoice date and will be applicable for the payments delayed from set terms for the customer. In the event of NSF, bad checks or credit card declines, additional administrative charges will be applied. For credit card customers, unpaid invoices will be charged to credit card on file unless customer provides a written notice in advance to change the credit card number or ask for an alternative payment option.
We collect other information to improve our services and to serve your needs better. We collect your IP address to measure our Website traffic. We collect the location of the link that referred you to our site and/or collect the information about the browser you are using to provide an improved shopping experience for your next visit. We do collect email addresses for your friends you subscribe or refer our services to. NOTE: Synergy IT never requests your personal or financial information by sending out unsolicited emails. If you receive any such email purporting to be from Synergy IT or any of its affiliates that asks you to provide your personal and credit card information, please contact us immediately and you should never send confidential personal information by regular email.
We may occasionally send you promotional or product information via your emails. If you do not wish to receive this information, you may opt out of future communications by following the instructions in the e-mail communication
Children Under age of 18:
: If you are under the age of 18, you are required to seek the consent of your parent or guardian to purchase products from Synergy IT and any of its affiliate sites.
Synergy IT is not a manufacturer of any of products sold through Synergy IT and any of its affiliates. All the products and services sold by Synergy IT carries warranties of respective manufacturers. If you are not sure about warranty of certain product or service you want to purchase from Synergy IT, please visit the respective vendor site to get details or contact us for further clarifications.
Whether services are provided on Ad-hoc basis or Services are provided with specific Service Level Agreement (here in after referred to as “SLA”) and/or Services are provided on specific Statement of Work (here in after referred to as “SOW”) hereby incorporates these Terms and Conditions and constitutes a separate agreement with respect to the Services performed. In the event of an addition to or a conflict between any term or condition of the SLA or SOW, terms and conditions listed here will control unless specifically mentioned on SLA or SOW.
Limitation of Liability:
IN NO EVENT SHALL SYNERGY IT , ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES OR ANY PARTY INVOLVED WITH POSTING INFORMATION ON THIS SITE AND INVOLVED WITH PROCESSING ORDERES OF PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES FOR SYNERGY IT, AND/OR INVOLVED WITH PROVIDING SUPPORT SERVICES BE LIABLE IN ANY MANNER WHATSOEVER FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES CAUSED BY ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE, DELAY OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICE, PERFORMANCE, NON PERFORMANCE OR FAILURE OF PRODUCT OR SERVICE, USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM ERRORS OR INACUURACY OF INFORMATION, ERRORS OR NEGLIGENCE OF IT PROFESSIONAL IN PROVIDING ANY SUPPORT SERVICES WHETHER OR NOT ADVISED THE POSSIBILTY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Synergy IT is committed to make your experience dealing with Synergy IT as easy for you as possible. We need your co-operation to make this process more smooth and streamlined. No returns are accepted without a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number from Synergy IT . You can obtain a RMA number by contacting us. Any products shipped without a valid RMA number will be returned to the customer at customer’s expense.
We require your order number, invoice number, item number, item description, item quantity to be returned. We need you to specify clearly reason of return and your contact information to provide you with further information.
It might take 2 to 3 business days for us to get back to you on any returns and to provide you a valid RMA number. A valid RMA# and Return address will be provided once your return is approved by Synergy IT staff or by respective Manufacturer depending upon the reason of return and manufacturer’s return policy. Once a RMA number has been issued to you, please ensure that the product is returned within 7 days of the RMA issue date or earlier, to the specified return address with return label, displaying RMA number, as specified in the return approval email. Return address could be different than the warehouse address your shipment was shipped from No return is accepted after 10 days from the order date in case of defective or non-defective items.
Synergy IT will not be responsible for any delays caused by customer in any correspondence in merchandise return process and for any items returned that are lost or damaged in transit, delayed or returned after the specified 7 days return window or returned to wrong address. It’s your duty to inform us if you didn’t receive any of our email correspondence in a timely manner. All materials (defective or non-defective) must be returned in the condition in which they were received, including all accessories, manuals, blank warranty cards, and a copy of the invoice and/or packing slip. In the event that a returned order is missing any of these items, the return may not be processed. Linked promotional items must be included in the return as a complete bundle.
Return may be approved for full amount credit or refund or up to 25% restocking fee or could be disapproved after inspection depending upon the condition of items returned. Returns are refused in case items are not in the original packaging, boxes are without UPC Code or serial numbers, original boxes are marked or damaged or not in resalable condition. Please DO NOT ship original box as it is, because it gets damaged by carrier way-bills and labels during shipping and causes chances of your RMA refusal. It’s advised to pack the original box to some external cartons for shipping purpose.
Customer is responsible for the return shipping.
There’s no return on Software Licenses, Services, Shipping Charges, Discontinued items and Final sale items.
